You can return your item if it's the wrong size, if it's defective, or if you're not happy with it in any way. If you're not overjoyed with your ZeroTag item, we don't want your money. |

If an item is out of stock, or your size is not immediately available, you can pre-order it.
If you pre-order, in addition to your item you'll recive a $5 Gift Certificate that can be used at any point in the future. The Gift Certificate is valid with any item, even if it's already on sale. |

| Every single item is carefully hand-checked and inspected prior to shipping for tears, problems with stitching and imprint issues. When you recieve your ZeroTag garment or bag, it has passed out quality test. |

IMPORTANT: Please CHECK YOUR SIZE prior to ordering! And bear in mind that all items, organic or standard cotton, do tend to shrink in the wash a little. |
Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange a shirt. If you require a refund for any reason you must return the item within 60 days of receiving it.
Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. ZeroTag Clothing Co. will pay for shipping on defective merchandise provided that the damage was not caused by the customer.

Important: ZeroTag Clothing Co. recommends hang drying for all merchandise. ZeroTag Clothing Co. will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way!
This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.
