General FAQs
Shipping FAQs
01/ Where are your garments made?
In Los Angeles, CA, and the prints are added in the Greater Toronto Area in Southern Ontario.
02/ Why are organic products important?
Because non-organics can harm people, animals, and especially the environment. Read more.
03/ Are organic products better quality?
Yes. They're much softer and more comfortable than standard cotton (especially if the cotton is produced outside the US/Canada). They last longer, look better, tend to wrinkle less, and are generally a superior product.
04/ Are all your products organic?

Right now a portion of our product line is organic. We offer non-organics simply because certain items/colors are not being made at this point with readily-available organic materials.

All the ink we use is environmentally friendly, and bio-degradable.

All our non-organics are ethically made in America under the safest, most environmentally-friendly conditions possible. Our goal is to be 100% organic with our entire product line by 2010.

05/ Most clothing stores use China and other third-world countries as their supplier to save money. Why don’t you?
ZeroTag is a small company that makes small profits - but we sleep well at night. Click here for details on why we don’t support sweatshops and slave labor, and neither should you.
06/ I have a retail outlet. Can I sell ZeroTag clothing?
Of course. Contact us and we can set you up with an account.
07/ Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, and we always offer special pricing for churches, youth ministries and charities. Please contact us for additional information.
08/ Are you a charity?
No. Please do not send us donations. You can give directly to your local church, charity, or any one of the great non-profit organizations that are fighting poverty, oppression and famine around the world.

However, a portion of all of our profits are donated to charities that fight poverty worldwide. Click here to find out how you can help.
09/ When I buy from ZeroTag, where is that money going?
When you purchase a ZeroTag product, your money goes towards:
  • suppporting the efforts of hard working Canadian and American families
  • fighting back against sweatshops and illegal child labor, both here and overseas
  • protecting the enviromnent
  • charitable organizations
When you buy cheap clothing from a large retail chain, your money goes towards sweatshops overseas (often in China or India), a multi-billion dollar corporation, and, more often than not, you get a poor quality product in return.
10/ How do I wash my shirts?
ZeroTag Clothing Co. uses the highest-quality, bio-degradable inks that continue to look excellent, wash after wash.

However, like any garment, excessive washing and drying may cause damage over a long period of time. ZeroTag Clothing Co. is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing of the shirts. We recommend soaking all shirts (including those bought anywhere, not just ours) in a salt water solution of 2 quarts water and 1/2 cup of salt.

It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washer in order to prevent bleeding of colors.

We also recommend that all merchandise be hang dryed, at least on the first few washes.

Have a question of your own? We'd love to hear from you. Contact us and we'll get back to you in less than 24 hours.
