We keep you in the loop every step of the way.
You’ll receive an Email thanking you for your order, with a confirmation and a printable receipt for your records.
We’ll contact you by Email again once your order is ready to ship out. We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. If we cannot send your order because the size or design is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know and approximate a timeline. |
| Shipping Timelines |
Orders within the United States are shipped by UPS, 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Orders within Canada are shipped by UPS or Canada Post, which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Your order will usually ship within 5-7 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by ZeroTag Christian Apparel of your order.
We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays our order processing time may increase. |
| Security for shipping |
ZeroTag does not ship to P.O. boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons.
If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card.
Recipients of orders shipped to certain states and provinces are responsible for complying with local tax laws. |
| International Shipping |
We ship to the United States and Canada.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes.
The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering. |

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards.
This includes all card types that are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes.
If you pay by money order your order will be shipped out with normal timelines in place. However, checks must clear before we’re able to send merchandise to the recipient – so this could take an addi!tional 5-15 business days (depending on your bank, location, etc.)
We keep an aggressive shipping schedule, so we do our best to ship merchandise as soon as possible in any case.
Can I Order Over The Phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time. Our telephone staff is dedicated to customer service only.
What if my size or style is out of stock?
We will let you know, and we will estimate the delay in shipping as best we can. If your size is not available immediately, we will send you a gift certificate in the amount of $5.00 that can be used at any point in the future, even on sale items.
